In general, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas you visit most frequently and what services you access the most. We only use this anonymously and aggregated with other users’ information to protect your privacy. The information collected helps us determine what features and services are of most benefit to you in order to create the best possible service for you.

Specific Information

Data collected via this web-site is limited to Contact Information: this is clearly personal data. Please note however that data-entry is protected by SSL. SSL lets our visitors navigate this website and submit information securely via HTTPS. For more information click here

When you register as a full member of the Judo Club we will collect and store more specific information about you, such as name, e-mail address, postcode, health information, BJA Membership related data etc.

We collect this data in the main using a 'Health Assessment Form' (link) and also collect data via emails received from you or your representatives.

We use this information to verify your club or BJA membership, to make you aware of classes, fees, upcoming competitions etc. which may be of interest to you, or to contact you regarding web-site changes and other club updates.

General Information

We do not disclose your individual visits to our site, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, e-mail address, postcode, etc., to any outside parties, except: with your permission or when we believe the law requires it.

CJC are not responsible for any information input outside our site or for any data held by the BJA.

Feedback

Please submit any feedback you have about our website/social media sites/or any aspect of how the club is run etc directly to us 

Feedback will be used for internal purposes to aid us in improving the club. Any feedback submitted becomes our property and we may use feedback anonymously for any purpose, or to contact you for further feedback. We will seek your written or email approval before using your personal success story for any marketing purposes.
