SENIOR (KYU/DAN) GRADE SYLLABUS

6th to 1st Kyu, 1st to 5th Dan

The standard BJA Syllabus is wide, but factor in all of the possible variations, combinations and counters that are understood to exist, the technical content of Judo will keep the Judoka interested and learning
endlessly.

Senior Grades employ strangle/choke and armlock techniques in addition to a wider range and advanced versions of the throws and groundwork that comprise the Junior syllabus.
